Just like making alterations to a house, new doors, windows or roof. Still going to be the same address.
Yes its about the frame, its geometry, its materials - everything else are just a mixed bag of components - wheels, drive train, handle bars, etc. Like a car, you change tires, trick it out, maybe paint it if you keep it long enough - it still is the same make as before you personalized it!
