Here is one that didn't go flat--go figure. I picked up some road debris between my rear wheel and the fender. It locked up my rear wheel, but did not seem to really hurt anything. I rode the 4 miles home, including a 28 mph downhill. I was looking at my rear fender, which folded pretty spectacularly, when I noticed this:
