When I am barefoot my feet stay perfectly dry. They are not hot at all and feel cool to the touch. When ever I put a sock and shoe on they start sweating immediatly. Even if I have my feet on carpet they start getting moist on the bottom. I never seemed to have this problem until I started exposing my feet to colder temperatures over the last 5 years with work and biking in the cold. I dont work in the cold anymore but now with fatbiking I still get them cold for up to 3 hours. Which is about how long I would work before taking a break and warming up. Also I've never really wear anything super warm or insulated, I've always toughed it out so to speak. I wonder if i've "over conditioned".

Just wondering if any winter cyclists experienced similar results.
After 1 major and 1 supposedly minor surgery (it was a nightmare) within 4 months, my feet started to sweat profusly. Had to wash and change socks 3-4 times a day! Went to a nuerologist and he perscribed an "industrial strength" roll on....it did nothing! My family doc said it might be caused by stress from the medical problems. I suffered with this for about 3 months and it just went away as quickly as it came on. I think he was correct because as my health improved much of my stress went away. I wasn't riding at the time due to recouperation.

I do have Raynaud's (you can look it up) which gets very painful when I ride in the winter, (but no more sweating!) and I feel it may also have contributed.

Good luck!
