yeah it's good for me to balance. I can get hot and bothered about my weight, but if I want to get down to 6-7% it's probably going to take 145lbs. That's a level of dieting I'm not too into. I love racing hard and eating hard on sundays. I got down to 148 and 8ish% before christmas. I'm hovering around 150 now. Which is probably a couple of pounds lighter than typical for me. The question comes in the balance though. Part of training and racing hard is the ability to eat like a gavone without the ramifications that would impact most people. It's good to race crits, and do short races I guess. Weight doesn't matter quite as much as it would if I choose to pound up and down hills all day.
