I had a similar setup. Now I run a single Light & Motion Urban 650. I found out that a little bit of well focused, usable light is more useful than a lot of useless bright. Besides, it weighs well over a pound less and recharges for free with my solar panels.
I rarely used them all at the same time, and it's even rarer that I would use them on high at the same time too.
I really like using a helmet light, were any of your lights helmet lights? I wouldn't feel comfortable using only 1 light now. Between the peace of mind that comes with redundancy and the flexibility that comes with using both a helmet and handlebar mounted light I wouldn't want to be reduced to only 1 light.
