Hardest day all week, 2:55 at endurance pace with 5x6' intervals at ~105%. TSS 190, IF .81, 1925 kj. 8:26 for the week, TSS 580. CTL is currently in the mid-60s, aim is to bump it up to the mid-70s by next month or so.
I'll probably double that TSS next week. Doing a home-based "camp": 17:15 on the schedule, that might get bumped up to ~19 hours. Rest week follows.
