Narrowed down my search for a tourer to a Kona Sutra 61cm frame 700cc or a Surly Disc Trucker 62cm frame 700cc.
Where I live the Disc Trucker comes in at €1,700($1,900) and The Kona at €1.300($1470) . The Kona is signifigantly cheaper and includes a brooks b17 , a rack and fenders . While the Surly DT has no rack or fenders and a poor saddle.
Just some info on the 2015 Kona Sutra's rack its only rated to 20lbs (9kg) even though I looks as solid as a rock, I own a 2015 Kona Sutra I haven't toured on it yet but I'm very happy with how it rides unloaded.
