Since are biking, you have some flexibility of where you leave the car. Personally I'd probably find a place to park on the street or in a grocery store or shopping center lot that has activity all night. Sometimes I ask permission and sometimes not. If you are leery of doing that, maybe see if you can park in front of a warm showers hosts house. Also, for a week or less I have many times used park and ride lots with no problems.
