I assume that without actual speed, distance and elevation data, these won't be of much use. I've looked at apps for indoor training but they seem to be either electronic coaches that lead you through a pre-programmed workout, glorified pedometers, or timers where you input the exercise and relevant info and the app takes a guess at the statistics.

I've got a Mio Alpha 1 HR monitor (Bluetooth and Ant+) and a Samsung Galaxy 5 to work with.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
I use the wahoo fitness app with my polar bluetooth hr monitor, and wahoo bluetooth speed/cadence sensor. I like it for indoor training because its really simple.

-compatible with all bluetooth and ant+ devices on the market.
-you can customize it to display a multitude of different pages with the information you're most interested in.
-custom pages can be set up for each type of activity (cycling, running, indoor cycling, etc, etc).
-you can custom set heart rate zones. it estimates calories. it tracks power by several different metrics.
-you can share the data with almost every other exercise app/service
-you can also download the raw data files in several different formats if you want to analyze the raw data yourself. i once created a power vs. cadence graph on my computer for fun.

love this app!
