Found this Legnano "Vega" in a local classified ad. The seller is asking for offers, but after much searching online, I have been able to find out almost nothing about the model (other than general information about the Legnano make). I'm wondering if anyone here can help me. I'm interested in purchasing it, but don't really have any idea where to start (I am a relatively new cyclist...less than 2 years).

I'm looking for information on:

• The approximate value of the bike
• The approximate age of the bike
• The specifications of this model/bike (a link would be great)
• A guess at what the frame size might be
