28c VS 32c for loaded touring

I've got 3500km (2200mi) to tour on seal roads, I've decided to go with Marathon Supremes Evolution line, Rider+Bike+Gear = 115kg (254lbs). What are everyones thoughts on tire width 28c, 32c, or 37c?
