I assume that 29,800 is the price in Japanese Yen, which works out to $250 or so, which seems reasonable for the type of bike it is.

Pretty interesting man, I would never buy one but pretty cool bikes. I read that article and did a youtube search on them. Found this video to get a better look at one. That chains rubbing your leg or pants for sure.
