In the last couple of pictures it looks like the chain is trying to jump into the spokes while in the low gear. Have you adjusted the derailleur limit screws so the guide pulley is in line with the low cog? I would definitely check that before riding the bike.
Haha no.. I pulled the chain off the front chain ring to show the state of the freewheel...
