Bikes: Trek Domane, Look KG76

Thanks everyone for the comments. Keep 'em coming!

I'm certainly not opposed to saving $. However, my newer 11 speed shifters feel soooo much better than the Shimano 600. The flatter profile of the Ultegra shifters (my Domane is 105 and Ultegra) is much more comfortable for me on longer rides. I thought about going with 10 speed 105. That would solve the shifter issue. However, I like the option of swapping wheelsets out in the event of something unfortunate happening to one of them. Call me crazy, but I would like a "similar" feel on both bikes. Outside of worn parts, I don't spend a bunch of additional $ on my bikes. This is pretty much a one time upgrade that will last the life of this frame.

With regards to "throwing you for a loop". My current bike's wheelset ("old" wheels) will go on the Look. The new set will go on my Trek .

BTW, this, "5. Wheels... Going to use this as an opportunity to upgrade current wheels. Looking at Ultegra or possibly something with cartridge style bearings. Old wheels will go on KG76." is throwing me for a loop.
