It should be VERY inexpensive given the poor presentation.
It might be fun as a discussion piece. You could ride it to your local bike-nerd hang out, wait for everyone to tell you it's a fake and then drop some knowledge. The Naples de rosa actually pre-dates Ugo De Rosa as I recall, so you can be haughty and say you have the ORIGINAL De Rosa.
I've always wondered how the intellectual property issue was worked out on this.
