Sweet! You have what is likely a custom built frame. Lug cutouts and chroming on lugs, seat caps, and chrome socks. Also the small size would seem to indicate a custom frame. Carré would often but the owner's initials on something like this but not always. It is more common to see his frames branded as someone else's shop, etc. So a Carré branded frame is not all that common. Enjoy the ride.
Boy, that bike has a stem seat tube! The saddle is slammed aft and it still is pretty close to the bottom bracket vertical line. Nice to see one of his under his own banner.
