3. Will need to spread rear triangle, at drive side spacer and redish - just Google Over Locknut Distance, align rear triangle, wheel dish, and read up on index shifting compatibility. There is a wealth of info available, and you will learn much more than with individual questions.
4. Please don't bother, of no use whatsoever.
