Instead of those words on the T-shirt what about these more humble, less provocative words: "Hearing Impaired Cyclist" or "I am Deaf"?
Might challenge some motorists to see if that is true by blasting their high decibel horns to see if it gets any kind of reaction. If the T-shirt words were true, no harm no foul; if false, a lesson is taught to the cycling jerk.
