The frame and fork are the only real things that matter. Seatpost and collar are acceptable generic stock bike stuff but the stem is a turd.
I can remove the cups, but would probably ask you to remove the crown race (don't have proper tool, charge any labor as necessary). As to the stem, I'll use my old one as well as the seatpost. My plan was to transfer all the parts from the Vilano back to the naranja, except for the seatpost which the wrong size and use the one from the Cretin. That way the crappyness factor will be consistent with the respective framesets. Many of the parts currently on the Vilano, such as the Lasco cranks, came originally from the naranja. The eventual plan for the Vilano frameset after complete teardown is the dumpster.
