Could be better, but of course, could be worse too. What Victor (
Biker395) said is very true too; when riding in the mountains every once you don't have to pull up the climb is a help!
Unfortunately, my fat % is 18-19% (depending on the day) so I'm no where near the single digits that
bruce19's rule recommends
