I'm running 2.25 shwalbe rapid rob. I find they slip a little on the really loose stuff. But they're quick, Grabby on packed, and clean off well. I've read lots that shwalbe tread wears fast but I have about half a season on mine and they're not showing much wear and tear imo. Plus they have an option for neato white striping
