I shouldn't be posting before I have had my espresso. Originally it was a 27" but was converted to a 700c back in the 80's. The Modolo brakes worked well for this as they have a bit more reach than the standard reach brakes. It has a replacement fork that makes it hard to mount fenders without a lot of finess.
