Large steel frame with Reynolds 531 forks.
Thin racing wheels with sew up tires. (tires need to be replaced)
Narrow rear gear cluster for racing.

The frame pump is worth the $25! It looks to be early 60's with a 531 frame. Buy it ASAP and we can figure out more about it later.
