Mark Cavendish raced with hydraulic dual pivot brakes in the 2013 Tour. He loved them. He specially commented on the improved modulation.
From what I understood, he didn't love them and in fact ditched them after the first couple of stages. He may have engaged in some marketing hype before the race. As you can see, by stage 5 the hydros were gone.
