I tend to only have on hand only minimal replacements for common and never going out of style stuff, like cables, pads, tape, tubes and tires. But for the stuff that is subject to the whims of Shimano (oh, I mean the market) once I invest and decide I want that standard for years I go heavy. Like 9 speed stuff, non aero rims, saddles. Andy.
