I'm in Central Florida - not used to these freezing temps - did 25 miles from Winter Garden to Altamonte Springs last night (Friday night), I had on a t-shirt, work shirt, heavy jacket, and my reflective lined jacket, two pairs of gloves - and was still VERY cold.
