yeah not flat but i think thats cause i have tire liners on the tires ,the tire pressure is fine but, if i do stick my thumb nail in it and open the cut up i can see thread and the tire liner just slightly
i guess i could put a patch in there see what happens i may have to replace it soon though very unfortunate it only has 600 miles on it

i may get some of those boots you suggested.
