Given the location of that cut, I'd continue riding it and just keep an eye on it. If your tube isn't poking through the only worry is that stuff is going to work its way in there and cause a flat. With the cut off to the side like that there's not much of a chance for anything to get in there.

I've tried gluing cuts and it's never really worked for me. With your cut off to the side like that you may have better luck.
