The first thing I do is try inserting the wheel backwards. Is the problem the same? That is a quick check on wheel dishing.

Your wheel seems to be off center a bit at both the brake bridge and the seat stay, so dishing is a strong possibility.

Are the seat stays/chain stays loose? The clunky sound is odd. Perhaps the glue joint was broken on one side by squeezing in a 130mm wheel.
