Bikes: Lots

I separated my shoulder on a 200K randonnee in 2007 on a crash at the 100K point. I got up, kept riding, and finished the 200K. Three days later I started a 400K, but pulled out at about 300K or so because I just couldn't control the bicycle properly. In addition to the separated shoulder, I had also pulled some muscles so badly my entire left arm felt loose ... like it was barely attached.

I kept trying to ride over the next few weeks and months ... I started PT but couldn't finish because I moved ... and I've been plagued with shoulder issues for 8 years now. I didn't realise then how serious it was.

Given those three choices, I'd go with 2, for now. See a doctor in a bigger city and try to get an MRI of the shoulder ... that's how I was diagnosed. Find out what's what. Then make a decision from there.
