Bikes: Trek 1.2 & Single Speed Rain Bike

Hey Scrod, road into work today and the "non-drive" side crank was loose...again... I already did the nail polish thing and torque, but it seems to have worked itself loose again. I checked the crank arm and it doesn't look rounded out. Go with the locktite and retorque? I am thinking its time to start replacing parts...

This bike is only a rain bike/beach/store commuter. What exactly do I need to replace? Bottom bracket, crank, etc...?

I have searched around and seen people say, replace the crank, crankset, bottom bracket and/or just all of it....your opinion is greatly appreciated.

Bike specs:
Specialized Bicycle Components

CASSETTE FREEWHEEL
Shimano 16t freewheel plus 16t fixed gear cog

CRANKSET
Sugino Comp, five arm, polished arms

CHAINRINGS
42T CNC Zen Messenger

BOTTOM BRACKET
Sport cartridge, square taper, 68 x 103mm
