Not too long ago, each subforum here had a unique number in the URL -- Road Biking was 41, Classic & Vintage was 181 -- and over time, it was adopted as a way to poke fun (usually lightheartedly) at the concerns of roadies. "Is the 41 getting 41ier?" was a classic thread.
