Wow, I don't know if that would work, either - seems the jump is too small. Remember, these were introduced to work with a 5-speed freewheel. As many detractors point out, it takes up the space a 6th cog would normally fill up.
While it may not be impossible, I myself have never seen a PC setup with a 6-speeder.
PCs are a neat little bit of Campy dead-end. I like the quirkiness, so have one bike set up with it.
Of course I had to personalize mine:

got a pic with the freewheel in. My other set up was a 6 speed also and the jump was so large that the chain got locked jammed in place. Check out the Chris Bishop rando bike his set up is for 7 or more.
