What's not level about it? Besides, it's for bragging rights and cheap thrills, not groceries. A guy took one of my KOMs last week on a day that he had a 20 mph tail wind. Good for him. I'll take it back when there's a 25 mph tailwind. You can't get torqued up over KOMs.
