I still have my original black bar tape, below the brake levers, it has a good feel to it, good quality.
I think the bike is all original (except missing the pump and clamps for it), but, of course, can't be positive. I checked a couple things this am -- don't have time to dive deep into cleaning it up right now.

The Atom freewheel is "French". Checked with a thread gauge -- 1mm threads, not 24 tpi. A BS FW threads on, but is, of course, quite loose. The smaller three cogs are pretty worn and the FW needs to be replaced. Normandy high flange hubs with BS threads are not rare, so that's one possible solution. Indeed, I have some. Probably everybody does.

The pedals are threaded 9/16 X 20.

I'm presuming that the rims are original though I haven't seen a reference that says that the Super Champion Record tubular rims were used on the PR10s. Most refer to Mavic rims. The wheels with the old Michelin tires are very light. Has butted spokes: 1.8mm 1.6mm
