Man I don't know how you guys ride those trainers that much... Do you watch movies, TV, or just do trainer road or something like that?
It's usually a movin picture or a video along with Trainer Road. If I weren't doing a structured workout I'd never get on the trainer. I won't match last months total time on the trainer this month.... only because there are fewer days.
