I guess I should specify that I was referring to the Dia Come "Aero Gran Compe" levers from the 1980s that have been mentioned by a couple of members in this thread. Having said that, I do see these available at Universal Cycles, the Dia-Compe Blaze BL-07, which looks ostensibly quite similar to the Aero Gran Compe:
