It is amazing how much a little tire width improves the usability of my bikes.

I've stopped buying anything that won't take a 700x28 or wider.

I am down to two bikes that have less than that, as our roads in the Twin Cities stink.

Takes the fun right out of the ride if it isn't comfortable up through fifty miles.
