I know covering my mouth and nose had something to do, but I never thought on being directly the cause of my goggles fogging. I will have to try to wear them goggles without my full face mask which I have been wearing all this season.

I am not comfortable breathing all that cold air into my system though. It can't be good for you, although I don't know for sure.
