I've gained about 5 pounds in the last two weeks. Not having the extra 5000 calories I get when I cycle is hard to adjust to; its doable on a normal week but one day trip and two birthdays have taken their toll.
Obviously, it could be argued those events are no excuse, but I really like cake!
