If it was me, I'd go 52/40/32 on the triple, with that set of cogs on back. But I've got some real hills where I live. If you don't, or don't plan on packing much weight, you might not get much use out of that 32 chainring.

Or if you want to cheat and get away with non-triple front derailleur, most of the ones I've used (intended for use with a double only) could easily span a 50/x/36 triple or 50/36 double. YMMV
