I'd be completely in support of the bill--with two provisions. One, a uniform and understandable definition of reflective clothing, two, that in any collision with a legally equipped cyclist the driver was automatically at fault with no possibility for appeal, forfeiture of vehicle, and lifetime license revocation. Add those and I'd be completely supportive of a bill like that!
