most cycling related laws are not respected. Required lights or reflectors are not used or installed. It's silly to say we don't need more new laws, if we never listen to the first ones. If the law is here to protect us from our own stupidity - I'm all for it. There is nothing wrong with wearing a helmet. And if you can afford one for $300 - you can brag about it while riding with your friends. Another nice perk.
