There was a thread about this just a few months ago. I suggested using an allen wrench (5mm) held in a bench vice to place the bolt onto. This helps one position every thing together then wind up the spring/plate, press that down to capture it in place and slide the "E" clip in the groove. Actually after you've done a few the procedure is a lot easier then it is to describe what to do. Andy.
