Me too. I took my "fat boy" ride today. 20 miles with hills and wind. I get the cramp in my side that says "out if shape fat boy!"
I will get a couple of ten mile rides in at lunch this week.
Next week either a 40 or 60 mile slow ride. This will kick me into beginning riding shape.
A month from now the LBS rides start.
Two months from now, the Mighty TOSRV!
