Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

Talk to the shop. If they are willing to give you a new fork for free, that's great.

Otherwise, buy a 17 degree stem and use what you have. Buying a new fork is going to be prohibitively expensive IMO.
