Hey Scrod could you offer some advice?

Someone is selling a Leader Kagero 2011 frame set with a Campy crankset, Thomson Masterpiece seat post and a San Marco saddle for $350. The frame is pretty scratched up and there are two small dents on the top tube from the handlebars apparently. Is this worth buying?
