I would suggest lowering the handlebar stem, it's at a dangerous height. That particular stem could be known as the "death stem"! As for Mafac, Ebay, do a search using "mafac straddle" and should popup!

The Mafac Racer on the front had a snapped straddle wire clamping bolt. If any one knows where I could find one I would appreciate hearing from you.
