I agree, but which time makes sense? Or should we split the difference and change to half an hour off of current time?

If we stayed on the winter time, then wouldn't mid-summer be light at about 5am? Or earlier?
And if we stayed on summer time, then mid-winter wouldn't get light until about 8:30am.

I suppose we'd just used to whatever it turned out to be.
