You can't judge such things...it was a different time. It was a time of hair gel, pastel surf clothes and purple rain. Homes had wall to wall carpet and cars looked like cardboard boxes on wheels. There were Chrystal light fitness contests. Splash tape was a relatively benign faux pax.
